Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are prepared and packaged with care.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Remnant Oil Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at rising@remnantoilapothecary.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage

We will review and make it right.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Because our products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures.

This does not affect the quality of the product.

If melting occurs:

  • Place the product in a cool area or refrigerator until it re-solidifies
  • Texture may change slightly, but performance remains the same

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
