Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal use, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

This ensures every product you receive is fresh, untouched, and held to the highest standard of care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at remnantoilapothecary@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund after original product is returned at your cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Product Experience

Because skincare is personal and each body responds differently, results may vary from person to person.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the corrected item to you.
